Fully qualified electrician to install 4 downlights and two pendant lights one new powerpoint

I have 12 lightbulbs that need changing. They are downlight style covering, inside is a silver shade with hole that the lightbulb goes through and screws in (e27). I have bought the bulbs they just need fitting. I am unsure how the silver shade part comes off. It would be an easy job for someone that has done this before. Hoping you can show me how to do it too. Thanks

Hi, we need our oven looked at - the last couple of times we turned it on, it has emitted an earthy/musty/plasticky odour. Not sure if wiring issue. The brand is SMEG. Prior to this, the oven was working fine, however we had recently been baking at higher temperatures than normal (220-230c). The oven still heats up, it is just the funny smell that we’re not sure about.
