We’re looking for a licensed and experienced electrician to complete several electrical installations in our apartment. The preferred date is Thursday 5 February, ideally in the afternoon. The apartment is in Balaclava and has easy access with no parking issues. The scope of works includes installing a 1.8m ceiling-hung pendant light, centred over the kitchen island. There is an existing ceiling light point located nearby. This work also includes installing an IP44 dimmer switch. There are four wall sconces to be replaced on a like-for-like basis. All new fittings will be supplied. There are also two bedroom overhead ceiling lights to be replaced. These are straight swaps with no new wiring required. In addition, the smoke alarm needs to be re-secured to the ceiling. It is already wired and functioning; it just needs to be screwed back into place, which should only take a minute. All light fittings and accessories will be supplied. No new circuits are required. The apartment is vacant and easy to work in, and we’re looking for someone efficient and tidy. The electrician must be licensed and insured, have their own tools, be able to issue compliance where required, and be available on 5 February (afternoon preferred).

Our power point in the hallway just tripped and blew up (black smoke etc) while we were vacuuming. We need an electrician to come and sort it out.

Lower a power point please in my bedroom

We have a power point in our laundry/study that we would like moved, and there is conduit that is visible which we would like hidden

We are pulling up an old deck and need the power disconnected to the two lights.

I have a new shed built which needs to be connected to power. There is power to the exterior (see pic with orange conduit). This will need to be run into the shed. I would also like 1 outdoor power point installed on the exterior of the shed (can be located near where the power goes into the shed) and 2x interior power points. I have also purchased 6x strip light for the ceiling that will need to be wired up

Kitchen was affected by leaking water during a storm a few weeks ago. The circuit has been tagged out as part of make-safe and I now need an electrician to check, reconnect and provide report on the following: - Rangehood - 3x downlights - restore the tagged out circuit For the downlights if possible also supply and install plug bases to allow future replacement of the downlights. Downlights are 2-gang with two transformers so will need 6 plug bases total.

Split system is not cooling. The fan is working. I have put new batteries in their emoji no difference. The remote seems to work and switches it on and off. It’s just that only room temperature here comes out. Perhaps a bit cool but not cool enough . It used to work fine.

Ghd MK 5.0 no longer working as of today. Bleeped once in usual way and then no power. Fuse has been tested in another plug and working. All external cables intact and main power cord working. Internal cables look intact also. Have never had any issues with it. Approx 6 years old. Could be an easy fix
