Scope of Works: • Excavation: Dig an 8m trench from the existing downpipe to the footpath (mostly soil and loose rock): • Footpath & Kerb: Undermine beneath the existing public concrete footpath where possible (or saw-cut and reinstate if undermining isn't possible). Re-align down pipe into drain

I need 2 roof downpipes repaired and a silicone reseal on my kitchen sink. First down pipe seems to leak down at the 45 join (white) as during rain the surrounding yellow gravel gets wet. I need the gravel dug back a little and the 45’s reseated / replaced to ensure no leaks. Second downpipe the lawnmower has run into and left a crack. This needs to be repaired / portion replaced. Third item is a simple clear silicone strip back and reseal on my kitchen sink. The old silicone is starting to peel away.
