Find professional cornice repairs in VIC

Hi, I am preparing my apartment for inspection and need a local plasterer or skilled handyman for a few small repair jobs. Plaster Patches: There are 3 small wall/corner patches and a larger patch in the bottom of a cupboard that need to be cut out, replaced/filled, and sanded back perfectly smooth ready for paint. The plaster has pulled away due to old, resolved moisture (the area is completely dry now, no active leak). Cornice: Need approx 1 metre of cornice installed above the cupboard. I already have a length of cornice on site. You will need to cut to size, bring cornice cement, cut the mitre corners, and install/blend it. Please bring your own plaster, base coats, and tools. I have the wall paint ready to go. Looking to get this completed ASAP. Thanks!

We have a patch of black mould on one side of our study ceiling cornice from a previous upstairs leak. We need the cornice panel removed, replaced and repainted if need be. Thanks

A section of cornice is my lounge room is coming down, so I need to have this section to refix to the wall and ceiling. We also have a crack on the ceiling in the kitchen, so I would like to check if this can be repaired or replaced as well.

cornice has come away from the ceiling and is currently sitting on top of our wall-mounted split-system AC unit. It looks intact (not broken) — it just needs to be re-fixed back in place properly and the joins finished so it blends in. Cornice in upstair bathroom has come loose. I have the parts that have come down and can be reused. No need to get new cornices. Need it re-glued and then patched and possibly painted. Not a big job, just dont have the tools / glue to do it myself.

We have just removed a wall and installed a beam. The plaster sheets all hung, but I am no good at stopping up or hanging cornice, so looking for somebody who is. I’m seeking a reliable and experienced plasterer to repair a water damaged ceiling and cornice in a rental property located in Altona North. The roof leak has already been repaired. The work may involve plaster repairs or painting so the property can be prepared for sale. There’s also black mould present in the bathroom that needs to be addressed. I have removed an old wall and the plastering required is more complicated than what I’m used to. There is cornice work that needs repairing also. In the photos you can see the corner that needs plastering next to the wardrobe. I would also like some advice on how to frame up the top of the wardrobe to make it as easy as possible to wrap the cornice. This could be added to the job.
