Cornice replacement required - one piece roughly 1700mm over stovetop. Remaining pieces surrounding pantry - maximum total length of all 3000mm, 4 pieces required to be installed in total

Replace ceiling Plaster and install new cornice

A section of the cornice fell off. As the section fell as a complete and intact piece, I am hoping it can be glued back but happy to hear your advice.

After removing an inbuilt wardrobe, we are now needing to repair two sections of cornice as well as the plaster of the roof. Please see images of work. Paintwork not required

Cornice in upstair bathroom has come loose. I have the parts that have come down and can be reused. No need to get new cornices. Need it re-glued and then patched and possibly painted. Not a big job, just dont have the tools / glue to do it myself.

The work may involve plaster repairs or painting so the property can be prepared for sale. There’s also black mould present in the bathroom that needs to be addressed. I have removed an old wall and the plastering required is more complicated than what I’m used to. There is cornice work that needs repairing also. In the photos you can see the corner that needs plastering next to the wardrobe. I would also like some advice on how to frame up the top of the wardrobe to make it as easy as possible to wrap the cornice. This could be added to the job.
