Find professional cornice repairs in VIC

Need to ad some cornice around this cupboard. Trying to make sure it looks built in

Wanting to get new cornices installed in our dining room to match our living room. The space is 3200x3600mm. Potentially in kitchen and entry as well. The cornice is call dentil. Open to other options that suit our 1930s home.

Need someone to fix up my shitty paint attempts. Cornice and skirting boards.

Paint ceilings only (not cornice). 1 coat only 120sq metres approx I will supply paint No prep needed. 1 area is a stairwell, will need ladder to access some parts. Must use drop sheets!

I need this cornice removed on all 4 sides and make it all square set. All walls will be tiled up to the ceiling so i need it to be done ready for tile. The ceiling is 1.8m x 1.9m. The job is ready now

Plaster to change ceiling plaster and cornice approx 3.5m by 2.5m

Plaster has already been hung. Need it to be stopped up and sanded. Also 2 small pieces of cornice need to be done (approx 1200mm long) - cornice not supplied

I need the cornice and some of the plaster on the ceiling of a back storage room replaced, and some paint/plaster on the wall stripped back and possibly replaced. My roof was leaking resulting in a slow leak into the ceiling of a back storage room. The roof has now been replaced and the area is totally dry, but as I went to clean the mould off the ceiling where the leak was I’ve realised the plaster and cornice has become unsound. Some paint has also bubbled away from the wall where the leak dripped down and I also need this stripped back, however the wall there seems to be sound. I’m wanting this repaired to the point of being ready to paint (no painting required). The room is 1800mm wide, and the unsound plaster in the ceiling runs somewhere between 300 and 600mm out from the wall at the worst point. Please see photos for more detail - I’ve scraped some of the old plaster away to show the condition underneath. Flexible on date and $. This is just a storage room so I’m looking for it to be functional rather than perfect. Thanks

As shown in images, about 16m of this cornice and a rose. Your equipment or mine. Paint supplied. Top coat only and I'm not especially worried about clean-up. I'll be there mostly, fixing room hardware, wiring, etc.

Cornice in upstair bathroom has come loose. I have the parts that have come down and can be reused. No need to get new cornices. Need it re-glued and then patched and possibly painted. Not a big job, just dont have the tools / glue to do it myself.

We have just removed a wall and installed a beam. The plaster sheets all hung, but I am no good at stopping up or hanging cornice, so looking for somebody who is. I’m seeking a reliable and experienced plasterer to repair a water damaged ceiling and cornice in a rental property located in Altona North. The roof leak has already been repaired. The work may involve plaster repairs or painting so the property can be prepared for sale. There’s also black mould present in the bathroom that needs to be addressed. The appointed person will need to directly organise with the tenants to arrange a suitable date and time for access.

I have removed an old wall and the plastering required is more complicated than what I’m used to. There is cornice work that needs repairing also. In the photos you can see the corner that needs plastering next to the wardrobe. I would also like some advice on how to frame up the top of the wardrobe to make it as easy as possible to wrap the cornice. This could be added to the job.
