Looking for a skilled carpenter or property maintenance expert to complete a few finishing jobs: Bathroom Window: Strip loose paint, sand back, and re-putty one small timber bathroom window (see attached photos).Skirting Boards & Cupboard: Install timber skirting boards in 1 room. Cornice in upstair bathroom has come loose. I have the parts that have come down and can be reused. No need to get new cornices. Need it re-glued and then patched and possibly painted. Not a big job, just dont have the tools / glue to do it myself.
