Small bathroom 1400 x 2200 size room. I have the cornice and the cement ready and can assist if required.

Looking to have old decorative cornices removed and replaced with new plain modern ones. One room only (living room). Rough size of the room is 5.5x6. I have decommissioned my gas ducted heating and want to have the wall vent removed and plastered over. It goes into the linen cupboard and there’s a box over it in the cupboard that I want removed and there would be a hole in the floor to cover over, as the ducted heating was under the house. In my garage the plaster is coming away between the ceiling and the brick wall on one side, which requires repair. Water leaked down through it one time when it rained but since clearing the gutter out it hasn’t happened again. (I am open to this not being part of the task if I actually need a roofer) Other smaller bits of replastering: - Looking to have an old wall mounted heating control unit and phone line outlet removed and replastered over. - hole where old light fitting used to be - hole from I presume where an old doorbell unit once was - holes from where towel rail was moved While it would be cool to get the job done before the long weekend is through it can be done at a later date.

I need an experienced trade person who is highly skilled with cornice installation. I need it installed on a bulk head and to rejoin with existing cornice. Please only apply if you have a lot of experience in this field as we have only bought enough to do what is required and some cut off pieces. I have attached pictures. Will need to bring all tools and cornice cement. If you are experienced and know what you are doing I would say this is no more than an hour job.

I need an experienced plasterer to install a 55mm plaster cornice along the top of a custom-built IKEA bookcase. The cornice will adhere to two different surfaces: the ceiling (painted) and a melamine filler panel installed at the top of the bookcase. My key requirement is to ensure the bottom edge of the cornice maintains a symmetrical gap (or close to it) with the bookcase filler panel, even though the ceiling and floor are uneven. The bookcase spans approx 5.7meters, and the cornice will run along its full length and should join the existing cornices to make internal corners. As the ceiling and floor are uneven, so some trimming or filling may be necessary to achieve a neat, level appearance. Please include the cost of materials in your quote as none will be provided.
