Looking for a carpenter to help repair a small section of flooring at my apartment. I have a section which requires replacing due to a stain in the timber, image attached below for reference. Each square is 160mm x 160mm and covers roughly 10 sections.

Sand, stain and polish wooden kitchen floor to match living room floor. Currently it is a bit darker, and has some light areas due to kitchen remodel. No nails and fairly good condition floor. Quote should include all labour, materials and equipment.

Install 1 set of architraves to doorway. - doorway is approx 850mm x 2100mm - remove existing archs and install new ones - install both sides - house was built ~1915 and walls have internal render/hard plaster Note: I'll supply architrave material (eg: https://www.bunnings.com.au/porta-138x18mm-2-7m-colonial-architrave-tabma-as2-pre-primed-fj-pine_p8480070) for you to cut on site. Depending on result, job may expand to up to 6 doorways. Photos added to show example of doors and archs.

I am looking for someone to build shelve unit in between the 2 basins to store the shampoos and create storage. This current white cabinet will be removed and replaced with this. The red fridge will be moved so I need this shelve design to go across the whole back wall. If you can build some storage or some sort to the right hand side even better. This material I want to be in stainless steel or some material that looks better then this current cabinet.
