Replace the bottom of three Timbers in wall that had rotted due to water leak

looking for a cabinet maker/designer to make table and some shelves for my study nook.

We have a wooden map pasted on wall as shown in the picture. We are now moving house so we want to get a wooden frame/plank on which we can paste the map and hang it on the wall in our next house. Size is 235cm X 107cm

Need a carpenter to remove and trim/shave the bottom of an inward-opening timber garage side door so it clears newly installed garage floor tiles. Approx. 10–20mm may need removing. Would also like the cut edge properly sealed/painted and the bottom weather/insect seal adjusted or replaced so there’s no gap when closed.

need someone to enlarge an existing hole in a kitchen cabinet for a dishwasher hose/filter to pass through. The filter is about 10 cm wide, and the cabinet panel/opening depth is about 3.5 cm. Existing hole is smaller, so it needs to be enlarged neatly into a larger round or oval opening. Please bring the right tools, such as a hole saw, jigsaw, or oscillating multi-tool. Power cable and hoses will be removed before cutting. Need edges smoothed after cutting so they do not damage the hose.
