Two are external (front and laundry) and require suitable weather-resistant paint. * Repair and repaint the existing old frames and architraves, including properly patching old lock holes, filling minor damage and sanding smooth. * Prepare and stain a timber bifold door, including minor repairs and a suitable protective finish. All black locks, levers and hinges are brand new and must be fully masked and protected—no painting over hardware. Please also protect glass, floors and surrounding surfaces. Colours/stain to be confirmed. Please quote including all labour and materials, and advise availability. Photos attached.

One of our upper kitchen cabinet doors is slightly out of alignment. When closed, the vertical gap is noticeably wider at the top than at the bottom, as shown in the photos. I’d like the door adjusted so the gap is even from top to bottom and the cabinet sits square and properly aligned. It may simply require adjustment of the concealed hinges, but please check the hinge and mounting hardware as part of the job. Looking for someone experienced with kitchen cabinetry or cabinet hinge adjustment. Replacement hinge/hardware, if actually required, can be reimbursed separately.

One side rail of my wooden cheese press has come loose. The nails have popped out and the piece needs to be re-attached using 2–3 screws (no glue needed because it’s food-contact equipment). Very small job — should take about 10–15 minutes with a drill. What needs to be done: • Remove old nails/staples • Line the wood piece back in place • Drill 2–3 pilot holes • Screw piece securely back on • Make sure it’s tight and aligned I will provide the cheese press. You need to bring your own drill and screws.

Needing a floating timber staircase built. Appx 1000mm width, 2920mm rise. Please see image for design reference. If you can also fabricate steel handrail can work out price for that later.

Minor cabinet work in kitchen. slab/bench top change, replace induction to gas top and range hood and oven. Add under stairs cabinet

Remove old paint/stain, power rinse/clean, sand (if required/raised grain) and oil outdoor deck, posts and hand rails (see photos). I’ll supply wood stripper, stain and oil (Cutek). Deck size 8mx3m (24sqm) 8x posts Please provide a detailed offer and include all tools/equipments to complete the job. Posts and hand rails had one coat oil applied when installed, but no stain/UV added. Steps shown on the photo are not included, as it’s getting repaired and will be oiled at that time. Thanks.
