Saw and remove external dry rot sections of wood beams with precision replacement of sections with pest treated hardwood of identical size. Apply a waterproof primer at join and along beams and wood filler for perfect finish. High two story level work on two of the external beams so need safety harness and reliable ladder. Need to get up on ladder and good at finding problem spots. Carpenter required with insurances due to height of work in Some places. Will need free quote first at property prior to acceptance of job plus see insurance documentation.
