Hi, I am looking for a flooring specialist to fully restore the timber floors in my property. I get the keys on the 15th of december and would like work to commence on the 16th. I've got the week to get this work done. The areas for attention is roughly 35 sqm, as shown in the floorplan I have attached to this. The previous owner has done some a bit of a bodge job previously, using filler to patch up some parts of the floor. There's about notable 5 places with filler used, with two of them being major. I have provided screenshot images of the filler areas . I also can send a video of the property. I'm wondering if we could put pieces of wood or planks to replace the filler areas? Also there is a small gap between floorboards and wall in the bedroom, that runs under the window area wall that might need to be filled or remediated. Video will show you what this looks like. In terms of finishing after sanding, I am looking for a natural finish, something that lightens up the room. So all in all I am looking for some: *Remediation work (remove filler and potentially replace with wood) *fixing small gap between floorboards and bottom of wall in bedroom wall that has window above it. *Sanding *A natural light finish to brighten up the room *Also open to suggestions

Timber door frame column has worn and needs replacing. I have removed the rotten wood but just needs replacing. Balcony door hinges are in good condition but will need lining up so the door is operational.

Hello :) I am looking for someone to build some steps for my disabled dog to get in and out of my balcony. There will be 2 steps either side, and the piece will be able to be easily placed over the current balcony step. It should be lightweight so we can put it away easily. Please see drawing for dimensions and pictures of the current set up. The dimensions are: 20cm wide All steps 9cm high and 15cm deep Middle section empty as it needs to go over balcony door step (as per picture). We will be putting rubber non slip material on it as well.
