I’m looking for an experienced builder or carpenter to construct a pergola on my back deck using Versiclad insulated roof panels (supplied). Job Details: • Build a pergola structure on an existing deck • Use supplied Versiclad panels for roofing: • 5 panels (6.6 m × 1 m) • 1 panel (6.6 m × 850 mm) • Panels are insulated Colorbond Windspray, 120 mm thick • All capping included (some brackets and fixtures already supplied) • You will need to: • Bring your own tools • Work with me to source posts and beams • Provide advice on best framing method • Install panels securely and ensure weight distribution Requirements: • Experience with outdoor structures (pergolas, carports, decks) • Ability to cut panels to size and install properly • Structural integrity and neat finish Location: Belrose, NSW Timing: ASAP Budget: Please quote: • Your hourly rate • Your daily rate • Approximate time required to complete the job I understand materials will cost extra and will be paid on top.

Work with me to design, build, install, paint, an entertsinment unit to lounge room approximately 4200mm wide, 2100mm high and maybe 40-45cm deep. Needing a custom built in study wall made with space for two desks, 3 sets of drawers and then some shelving up high. Wall dimensions are 3.8m across by 2.7m high. Will attach some photos of the space and ideas of what I’m after.

We have 8 Kaboodle cabinets for our laundry that are already built, they just need to be fitted and doors/hinges attached and benchtop installed. There are two base cabinets a pantry cabinet and 5 wall cabinets with end panels and kick boards. The benchtop is laminex, it needs to be trimmed to fit and the laundry sink hole cut. It is quite heavy so I would assume this will need two people to complete the job. You will need all your own tools to install. The walls are stripped and ready, new floor tiles are in so it’s ready to go. Easy access. Please ask any questions if you need more details. Installation of a new sure flap microchip cat door (supplied) into a flat timber laundry door. I already have a dog door in the timber door but the new dog door is smaller. Existing dog door is 38cm x 45cm. The new one is 28cm x 27cm. I would like to reuse the existing door if possible. Can we keep the existing timber door but patch around the larger hole to make the new smaller dog door fit? I would like this done asap in Belrose. See pics of both. - Due date: Flexible
