Repair rotten wood around window frame and corner post

I need repairs done to cupboards in Kitchen and Laundry. Just put in bigger fridge so need to adjust cupboards and trim around the new fridge. See photos. Can you come and we can talk about what you can do and cost etc. small job but could be bigger job if you have some good ideas . Suburb is Ashburton in Melboirne. Can you come early this week and do the work asap .

These stairs up to the verdandah at the back of our house have become rotten due to explosure to rain and sun. I would like them rebuilt or restored. Jobs is to build/fix and install. The width is 2.4m, height is 0.57 m and plank width is 27 cm. Given the water and sun exposure (faces north) wood likely needs to be hardwearing hardwood. I'm looking for a quality job.

4m x 3m merbau deck needs sanding and two coats of oil based stain (not supplied). Deck is 10 years old and in good condition

I am building a gym in my garage and want to hid the pipes to make it look a lot nicer. ideally just a timber frame with some plywood sheets nothing fancy. A timber door (garage side door) is to be replaced, please refer image for details. Approx. 800x2000, Please quote for door supply and installation. The garage is planned to be demolished in the next a couple of years, so the door does not have to the expensive one, external grade and reasonable duration (like those $70-80 in Bunnings) are good enough.
