The job is to accurately measure the existing unit and prepare a detailed, dimensioned as-built floor plan showing the existing layout. The plan will be used for future renovations to the bathroom, kitchen, loungeroom and bedroom storage/cupboards, and will be provided to builders, cabinet makers and other trades for planning, recommendations and quoting. Ideally, the final plan should include: Accurate overall and room dimensions Wall locations and thicknesses Doors and windows, including their locations and sizes Existing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and cabinetry Built-in cupboards/storage Ceiling heights Any other features or measurements relevant to future renovation planning The finished plan should be sufficiently accurate and detailed to provide a reliable existing-condition base for builders, cabinet makers and other renovation professionals. Completley empty with no furniture.
