This will cover minor layout changes, cabinetry designs, floorings, fittings, fixtures everything. I want a cohesive modern design that will take the property to the next level. Releasing its potential and making it a home for me. At the end of this process I want details plans that specify everything in detail. Lighting, electrical, flooring, plumbing, bathroom, kitchen etc. You will also need to specify all products used. This document will be given to the builder and will be the plans for the contract. We currently have a single garage - brick external with pull down door; interior door to house. We are hoping to convert this to a room - ideally meeting council specifications for a ‘bedroom’.
