I need someone to assist with creating a detailed plan/design/scope of works to cover extensive renovations of a residential property. This will cover minor layout changes, cabinetry designs, floorings, fittings, fixtures everything. I want a cohesive modern design that will take the property to the next level. Releasing its potential and making it a home for me. At the end of this process I want details plans that specify everything in detail. Lighting, electrical, flooring, plumbing, bathroom, kitchen etc. You will also need to specify all products used. This document will be given to the builder and will be the plans for the contract. Experience is essential.

Home Renovation Work – Sandgate Four parts to this job: 1. Bathroom exterior cladding Install weatherboards to the exterior of the bathroom to match the rest of the house. The bathroom is currently clad in fibro. Do not remove fibro unless required. 2. Window replacement Replace an existing damaged casement window with an aluminium sliding window. Provide measurements so I can order the new window. 3. Wall replacement and cladding Remove an existing corrugated plastic wall and replace it with suitable structural and waterproof materials. Finish with weatherboard cladding to match the house. 4. External door replacement Replace the existing bathroom door (near stairs) with a proper external timber door.
