Find an experienced local architect in Inner South West Sydney

Considering on buying one of the following houses and just wanting professional advice. #1 is currently 3 bed 1 bathroom 1950 old brick house, looks like attached photo , i want renovation advice on its potential, if 4 bed 2 bath is acheiveable. #2 is a 1920 old brick flat house, the structure looks ok, but currently internally run down after being a rental for a very long time without much upgrades. Thus it needs a full renovation. Problem is that the subfloor is not accessible. It has a cheap rear extention where the subfloor access provably is at, I would also re-do in the future. I want advice on the subfloor problem, a step wise renovation plan, likely cost and time required. Requirements: licenced architect in sydney Hoping for 2 stage renovations, as i want to do minimal to just live in it first then do the main renovations next year Overal wanting a high impact renovation design for better resell in the future Please advise likely renovation duration, council requirements, approximal cost on design

Need to submit a BIC [Building Industry Certificate] to Council to get a small balcony extension approved. It's already been built without authorisation but I have to submit site plans & floor plans with measurements and dimensions to save it from being demolished. My artist mother created this balcony for a studio space for her art -she' s painted murals all over it. It's not big - roughly 2m x 2.7m at the end of the original balcony. The council development officer said I just need a draftperson or any skilled artisan to draw up the balcony - does NOT need to be an architect. I will need the finished drawings in a PDF file so I can upload the BIC application. You will need to visit the house and take pics and measurements to do your drawings - access isn't a problem.

Windows and doors frames need to be replaced

Looking for someone to visit my house in Revesby and create a measured floor plan in CAD of the entire house. The plan should include: • wall measurements • room sizes • window and door locations • ceiling height • kitchen area • outdoor patio I need the files so I can send them to kitchen manufacturers and builders for renovation planning. Preferred output: • DWG or PDF floor plan • accurate measurements. House is approximately 100–130m². Please bring your own measuring tools or laser.

We’re renovating a 6m x 5m space in our house. It’s a large family room that we want to convert into a bedroom & study space. We also want to renovate a laundry space into a bathroom. There’s a large sliding door to the front of the house that we want to brick up. There’s also an external door to the laundry that we want to brick up, and open a new internal door instead. Looking for someone to help us apply for the CDC Application through to approval. Keen to understand the process involved and the costs/timelines associated with this. Not sure what to enter for budget so keeping this flexible.

the Cubby Houses needs to be cleaned and then painted. Also it needs have a ladder to be installed removing from one side to other. A good handyman will be right for the job.
