Would like existing approved DA at City of Sydney council plans updated to reduce scope of works and to include a design to access undercroft via back garden. I have dwg files. In addition prepare plans for a construction certificate submission. Only drawings required, no preparation or submission to council. I have added the plan that requires updating to reinstate the existing kitchen footprint, as per top drawing and not to demolish external walls, only demolish internal wall creating corridor. Add bigger window instead of bifold doors. Remove pool. Retain proposed deck. In addition to add access design to undercroft below deck. I have revised budget to only execute the change to plan. We’re renovating a 6m x 5m space in our house. It’s a large family room that we want to convert into a bedroom & study space. We also want to renovate a laundry space into a bathroom. There’s a large sliding door to the front of the house that we want to brick up. There’s also an external door to the laundry that we want to brick up, and open a new internal door instead.
