I have a Kelvinator KWH52HRF box Air conditioner that I’d like mounted to the outside of my window. The window is on the second story, so it would need to be mounted safely to some sort of bracket. I’d prefer an installation that didn’t damage the house or lead to any drill holes. Since the box aircon height is shorter than the window, I’d also need you to close the gaps of the window somehow, and then insulate that, so air isn’t escaping. Haier washing machine was cleaned on the weekend. I took the retaining ring off with force and now can’t get it back on. I’ve bought a spring tool but it doesn’t expand enough to fit around the edge. Does anyone have any experience in this or has a thin tool head that can insert through the tiny loops then can expand the spring by more than 12cm?
