Oven reset after Osgrid turned off power

After ozgid turned off power in thestreet, my fathers oven/stove and hot water/timerwon’t work. Power works but oven needs resetting. Hot water system and solar panels work ( been checked) but he uses a hot water timer and that may have been affected by Ozgrid’s surge.
