Hi, I accidentally dropped my necklace into my Hisense 7.5kg front load washing machine (model shown in photos). I’ve already checked around the rubber door seal and opened the bottom drain filter, but couldn’t find it. It might have slipped inside the drum or deeper inside the machine. I’m looking for someone experienced with washing machine repair who can safely check inside and help retrieve it without damaging the machine. Please let me know your availability and quote. The electric swing gate opens but sometimes won’t close. Both the wall-mounted remote and the wireless remote do not respond. Occasionally, it closes by itself, but other times it remains open.
