Chef Fan Forced Cooktop Gas Stove/Oven

I need a qualified and experienced tradesperson (stone mason / cabinet maker / benchtop installer) to trim an existing kitchen benchtop so an induction cooktop can be properly fitted. The benchtop is a stone / engineered stone surface (see attached photos). The current cut-out needs to be adjusted. Scope of works: Carefully trim the internal cut-out of the benchtop Each internal corner needs to be cut square to approximately 90° Approximately 20mm needs to be removed from the front internal edge of the cut-out Cut must be neat, precise and suitable for installing an induction cooktop Avoid chipping or cracking the benchtop Final opening must be clean and fit-ready for appliance installation Additional details: Benchtop is already installed Cooktop and cabinetry are in place (see photos) Power is accessible Work is internal and at bench height Please bring appropriate stone cutting tools and dust control Photos: Please refer to the attached photos which clearly show the existing cut-out, corners, and area requiring trimming.

Install new induction cooktop and electric oven (existing gas units already removed). Create a roof vent for the rangehood. Some electrical work may be required for the induction cooktop. Samsung washing machine front loader not draining.

Hi, I accidentally dropped my necklace into my Hisense 7.5kg front load washing machine (model shown in photos). I’ve already checked around the rubber door seal and opened the bottom drain filter, but couldn’t find it. It might have slipped inside the drum or deeper inside the machine. I’m looking for someone experienced with washing machine repair who can safely open it up, check inside, and reassemble it properly without causing any damage. The electric swing gate opens but sometimes won’t close. Both the wall-mounted remote and the wireless remote do not respond. Occasionally, it closes by itself, but other times it remains open.

IE / AE error in LG dishwasher… I need a plumber to fix the issue. I was told that the pipe or tubes needs to be fixed differently to how it’s now done. I don’t want to do it myself and prefer a plumber.
