Miele W1 Classic washing machine is showing F11 error, might be filter issue or something to do with the pipe. Hoping it is simple like filter blocked or hose kinked. Help required to investigate and solve.

Just a washer drier pump needing replacing

My fridge does not cool properly, with the temperature consistently around 8-9°C even on the coldest setting. Every now and then, the temperature in the fridge drops down to 1-3°C but usually only for a few hours and then goes back up. Freezer works perfectly fine. The hole is not big enough for the cable, so we need someone to make it bigger by either using a jigsaw or similar. Although it is inside the cupboard, we would still want this to be done neatly, so experience of using a saw is important.
