Replacement of stove from gas to electricity

Lic gas fitter required: Old hotplate has been removed. The new 60cm gas hotplate will require fixing to bench, hole to be drilled into cabinetry to run the electrical plug and gas regulator / pipework to existing gas outlet and existing power point. I have retained the previous gas pipework if required but I believe it will require new copper pipe to be shaped and flared to fit new gas hotplate inlet location and new hole in cabinetry to access electrical power and gas outlet

This is what the tenant has detailed, I haven’t visited yet. If anything else is needed you may ask me and I can get it for you. ‘The heater turns on by itself. It's been doing so for a while. We usually need to turn off the electricity from the outside for that section of the house in order to stop the heater from working, since the indoor control panel remained off. The heater also only released normal air, not warm. When it did turn on by itself, it was never pushing in air continuously. It would turn on then off, on then off. The outside generator for the heater also makes this very loud buzzing sound when we do turn the electricity back on, as if its trying to start up again. Last week we found the trick to unplug the heater generator from the outside outlet rather than turn off the electricity.’

Looking for a licensed roof plumber to install ducting for my kitchen rangehood and vent it externally. The rangehood is currently installed, but requires proper ducting to the outside (preferably through the roof, unless advised otherwise). I understand this needs to be done in accordance with building requirements. The kitchen is on the ground floor of a double storey home, however it sits within the single-storey section, with direct access to the tiled roof above. I will supply the ducting materials, but would appreciate guidance on what to purchase before attending. Model is Westinghouse WRC904SD 90cm Stainless Steel Canopy Rangehood.

when I run dishwasher it keeps shorting out and tripping safety switch. It used to do it when I operated dishwasher with another appliance but now it just does it if I run it alone. I have tried running it from another power point to see if it was a faulty circuit and it did the same thing. I have spoken to an electrician and he has told me that he is sure it is an appliance issue. All other electrical appliances are operating normally (washing machine, kettle etc)
