Haier Dryer repair needed — powers on but drum not spinning. My clothes dryer turns on and makes a sound when I press Start, but the drum does not rotate. Likely belt or motor issue. Looking for someone experienced with appliance repair to diagnose and fix on-site if possible. Took the filter out and seen there were bolts and screws lodged in the pump/filter from previous tenants, machine working perfectly but not draining water as the screws likely damaged the pump

The refrigerator isn’t working suddenly. It’s not gone completely warm but is also not as cold anymore. The freezer is better but the main fridge seems off.

Hi! I’m looking for a pest control professional to help with a cockroach problem in my apartment. The issue seems isolated to the dishwasher area, and I’m noticing tiny baby cockroaches, which makes me think they’re nesting in a gap above or behind the dishwasher that I can’t access myself. I’ve tried managing it on my own, but the problem is persisting and seems to be getting worse. I have two cats, so it’s extremely important that any treatment used is safe for pets (especially cats). It’s a two-bedroom apartment, but I haven’t seen any signs of cockroaches in other areas — it appears to be contained to the kitchen.
