I would like to have my washing machine deep cleaned. Its a fisher and paykel front loader washer dryer. Its in a reasonably clean condition and I clean it with detergent regularly but I haven't been able to open the front small hatch pipe thingy to clean it and i dont want to break it so I need some help.

Need to test a gas heating appliance for any gas leaks and fix it if it's leaking gas.

Dishwasher needs to be correctly installed at three points in the cavity under bench. Currently it is only attached at one point. The top point needs to have some packing placed under the stone bench top to be secured. The third side will need to be attached to tiles.

The seal of the washing machine is spoilt. There is a tear so it doesnt seal properly and causes a leak. Otherwise the washing machine is working fine. For seal changing. Will provide the seal LG Inverter Direct Drive 7.5/4kg Washer Dryer Model: 1402CRD6. Available seal replacement. Eta 6 Feb.

The umbrella is stuck in an in between position. Can neither open or close it properly. Needs to be repaired

- Current rangehood removal: Photos of the current ducted rangehood setup have been included. It is an undermount rangehood that is the original model installed in the apartment (make and model unknown). This will need to be removed prior to the installation of the new model. Note that the current rangehood does not sufficiently cover the gas cooktop and performs poorly. - New rangehood installation: We are planning on purchasing a Westinghouse 60cm Slideout Stainless Steel rangehood (WRR626SB) as this seems to fit our requirements and appears to fit with the correct dimensions (W598mm D300mm H273mm). There is a chance that some minor cabinetry work may need to be done for clearance on the bottom, but please advise if this is necessary. As pictured, please feel free to use the existing ducting, but please advise if any extra ducting cost is necessary. Please also let us know if any further measurements or photos would be helpful for your quote.

Our washing machine wasn’t draining so we had somebody come out to look at it. They said it’s the pipe - checked the u trap and it wasn’t blocked there- needs to be unblocked further in pipe.

We have an 18 year old Miele W 502 washing machine. Washing machine cycle goes through the "Main wash" cycle but when it gets to the "Rinses" cycle, the "Check Inlet" warning starts flashing and the machine stops its wash cycle. My husband has already done the basic troubleshooting and disconnected the inlet hose from both ends (ie. from mains tap and from washing machine) to check for any blockages (and there were none). The filters and hose seals were then brushed and cleaned (they were already pretty clean), placed back into the Inlet hose and reconnected to mains tap and washing machine No issues with water pressure either from mains tap. Tested this by placing a measuring mug under the tap.

Washing machine inlet hose is leaking and needs repair.

Oven needs to be hardwired in by electrician. There is already cable there in a junction box ready to go.
