I am looking for a licensed plumber (and electrician if required) to measure, advise on dimensions, and install a new dishwasher in our kitchen. The house does not currently have a dishwasher. We intend to install one in the cabinet location shown in the attached photo (outlined in red). We will purchase the dishwasher after measurements are confirmed, based on your advice. Scope of works expected: • Attend site to measure cabinet opening and confirm suitable dishwasher size • Remove existing cabinet doors/panels as required • Connect dishwasher to existing sink plumbing (hot/cold & waste) • Install isolation valve if required • Secure and level dishwasher • Test for leaks and operation Please note: • Cabinet modification may be required to accommodate a standard dishwasher • Power point may or may not already be present — please advise if electrical work is required Timing: Measurements and site visit ASAP so we can purchase the dishwasher. 2014 Janda manufactured right side (seated) is not retractable after being fully reclined even after having the right-side touch button switch control replaced. Likely leg extension bent or right-side failed actuator motor needs replacement.

LG (freezer section) is cooling but not freezing. Looking for someone to come out and check what the issue might be. The unit has power and both the fridge and freezer are cooling - just not freezing. Have cleaned seals but no improvement.
