The internal rubber O-rings have already been replaced, but the bassinet is still not rocking properly (limited range of motion / slipping / motor spinning but platform not moving). The task requires opening the unit back up and fixing one of the following highly likely mechanical culprits: 1. Re-centering and aligning the brown slider tracks/bearings to the top metal plates. 2. Checking if the platform screws or internal bolts were over-tightened (causing friction that stops the motor). 3. Ensuring the 3 small motor shaft O-rings are seating tightly and not slipping against the drive wheels. 4. Correctly reconnecting and cable-tying internal wiring harnesses if they are blocking physical motion. RESOURCES: - I have all the tools needed on-site (screwdrivers, pliers, zip ties). This should take less than 1 hour for someone handy who understands basic motor drives and alignment. Urgent turnaround needed as it is for a newborn.

Is the second time now that we’ve experienced this error code and now the drawer doesn’t come out? I’ve had to switch the power off to it to stop the beeping. It was running all night constantly on that error code have tried to hold down the power button to reset it and read the manual to no avail.
