Hi there, I moved here from New Zealand and my shipment has arrived but the shippers wouldn't set up my washing machine (I have no idea what tubes go where ) and wouldn't attach my tv to the stand . I moved house recently and the removalists have unscrewed the hose that connects the washing machine to the tap. I can’t screw the hose to the back of the washing machine as it is too tight and has gotten stuck. It may need a tool to fix it

I’d originally had the machine hooked up to this old tap in a position that had an uneven surface, but it stops the machine from working. I was taking my suitcase out of the closet and accidentally moved to hot water knob. Ever since then water does not enter into the drum and it shows me an E4 error. I do not think it’s a drainage issue but a water supply issue as the warning shows up before it even begins to wash. I think it should be an easy fix :)
