Samsung Washer/Dryer (Model WD85T4046CE/SA) – 5C Drain Error, Likely Pump Replacement Description: My Samsung front-load washer/dryer (Model WD85T4046CE/SA) is showing a 5C drain error. What I’ve done so far: Cleaned the filter twice. Checked the drain hose (no kinks/blockages). Drained water manually. Machine makes a buzzing hum when trying to drain, but water does not pump out. This points to either: A blocked or jammed drain pump impeller, or A failed drain pump motor. What I Need: Technician to confirm the fault and repair. If the pump needs replacement, please bring or source a Samsung drain pump motor (part DC31-00187A / DC31-00187B or compatible for model WD85T4046CE/SA) so the repair can be completed in one visit. Check filter gasket and hose for leaks/damage and replace if necessary. Access: Ground floor apartment, washer already pulled out slightly for access. When: Flexible, ASAP preferred.

I have an LG WashTower (smaller version). The washing machine is fine but when I run two or more dryer cycles, there is a small pool of water under the machine that appears after a few hours / overnight. Washing machine is leaking water

There is something not quite right with our washing machine - during the cycle the water symbol keeps flashing and there is barely any movement / spin during the wash. Clothes are coming out wetter than normal and don’t smell as clean. Wondering if there is some kind of blockage

I’m needing the drain pipe for a washing machine setup to be able to accept an installation. Hot and cold taps are already working. There is an opening but currently closed off

Mashing machine inlet hose connecting to the tap is done up too tightly and I don’t have a big enough wrench to undo it.

The washing machine is not working and keeps displaying the "CLR FLTR" error. We have thoroughly checked everything, but it still isn't functioning properly.

Something is leaking in my laundry, need to be check and tightened

We need someone experienced in plumbing to connect our washing machine. It seems to be leaking from the tub waste (see photo). The task also involves cutting a larger hole in the side of the laundry tub (see photo) to fit the water inlet hose. This should be an easy task for someone who knows what they’re doing! 😝

Small job, trying to connect my washing machine and the taps have caps on them which need a wrench to open. The thing is, there are pipes in the way and it’s a very small, tight area so my wrench won’t fit. You’ll either need to move the pipes, or have a tool that will fit. It should be a really easy job, it’s just the lack of space that’s difficult.

We have a leaking laundry tap where the washing machine connects to the wall tap under the sink - even when the tap has been turned off. Require a plumber to observe and fix the issue - unsure whether it’s the O Ring, Fibre Washer, Jumper Washer or something else. Currently the hose needs to wrap around the front of the cabinet to reach the tap. Would also wish to include creating a hole through the aluminium/plastic cabinet to ensure the path of least resistance for the washing machine hose. We have an additional hose that came with the washing machine for use. When installing we used current connection.
