I am looking for someone to investigate and repair an electric standing desk in our office. The Issue: - The desk makes a loud noise specifically when being raised - The sound appears to originate from the left-side lifting column, though the exact source requires confirmation. -The noise starts once it passes the 90cm height mark. -The desk operates silently when lowering. - Movement is still functional. Constraints: - This is a back-to-back desk configuration where the desk shares a central frame/legs with the unit opposite it. - The desks are connected via cable management with adjacent desks. - The unit cannot be easily flipped over or moved from its current position.  Requirements: - Please bring your own tools  - Experience with electric standing desks is preferred but not required. - The task must be completed during office hours (9 AM – 4.30 PM).

Hi — our washing machine has a drainage issue. When we run a 15-minute quick wash cycle, it fills with water and rotates normally at first. However, once it reaches the drainage stage (around 9 minutes remaining), it stops because it can’t drain properly. We’ve already cleaned the valves/filter underneath, so we suspect the issue may be with the drainage pump or the control panel. The machine currently isn’t able to complete a cycle due to this problem. Please let us know if you can inspect and repair it. Thank you.

We have a Haier Front loader washing machine 7.5 kg model, HWF75AW2, that keeps washing and then stopping at the 9 minute mark. We have tried draining it completely, but that did not solve the issue. We suspect that there's an issue with the drainage pump or the panel. We are looking for someone that has experience fixing washing machine drainage issues or something similar. We are located in the sydney CBD.

Washing machine requires filter servicing as no longer completes full cycle, essentially it stalls out before it can proceed from wash to spin etc. I have reviewed via youtube however will need a professional who knows how to correctly service the machine.

We are seeking an experienced treadmill technician to inspect and service a treadmill that has recently started making an unusual noise during operation. Dishwasher door does not close

The airconditioner control panel on/off button is not working. However some of the other buttons work if they are pressed hard enough/in the right way. Have tried changing batteries and didnt fix. Think it may be an issue with the wiring. Circuit breakers in apartment sometimes have issues. Need help fixing the on/off button. At the moment we use the hour timer to turn off the ac. Seperate job Lights are not working and have tried changing the bulbs. Think its a wiring issue. Would like the wiring fixed
