Our Breville Oracle Touch coffee machine has developed a fault somewhere around the Group Head Collar. We're not sure exactly what's failed. The shower screen and plastic inner screen is in tact. The symptom - the water overflows out from the group head indicating that there is a cracked or broken part up in the collar somewhere.
