My dryer (Miele Condenser Tumble Dryer T8423C) keeps tripping the circuit breaker in my house, causing the power to shut off. I have to reset the breaker at the electrical panel each time this happens. How can I fix this issue?

Google reckons it is likely a 'broken spider arm'. The motor turns the pulley ok, and the belt looks fine and doesn't slip. The inner tub is not moving. The inner tub can be lifted and wiggled around, but it won't spin. It's a Miele 'W1 Classic Eco Plus & Comfort', model WDD030 . I'm happy to send you a video or do a face time call if you need more info.

Need a plumber / gas fitter to relocate a gas pipe in our kitchen, a few centimetres across on the same wall, in order for the new oven (already wired in and installed) to sit flush. Please see pictures attached and provide your quote.

I bought a Kogan benchtop dishwasher and its water refilling hose is somehow not fit to my kitchen’s faucet. Maybe there’s a way to connect it through the system down below the sink? I bought a faucet splitter but I don’t reckon it’s compatible with regular sink. I’m flexible with my schedule next week, 7th Oct anytime after 2pm, or friday 9-5.

Disconnect freestanding dishwasher and move it out of its spot in the kitchen into hallway (a couple meters)

I have a new clothes dryer that needs to be wall mounted above the washing machine

I have a new oven. I need a licensed electrician to help me take the old one out and install the new one. And then dispose of the old one.

My washing machine is displaying the ‘close the stopcock’ fault and ‘check the drainage system fault’. We have tried the whole turn the water off, tilt the washing machine forward, manually draining and restarting, check that the pump is still working etc, but nothing. The washing machine is a Miele WT2780

I have a Haier 6kg top loader washing machine that has recently started showing the E3 error code relating to unbalanced load, it doesn’t matter what i was in it be it socks or a t-shirt after a few spins it stops working and displays the error with beeping.
