Dishwasher and laundry tub installation plus removal of old ones

I have a small single-burner gas BBQ that won’t ignite. The igniter clicks and I can smell gas, but it doesn’t light. It previously had a grease fire a few months ago and hasn’t been used since. Looking for someone budget-friendly to: • Inspect the BBQ and confirm it’s safe • Clean the burner and internal parts • Check or fix the igniter • Reset/check the gas regulator and connections The gas bottle may also be low — if that’s the issue, I’d appreciate help replacing or swapping the gas bottle, as I don’t have a car. If the gas bottle needs to be replaced i’d pay for that separately. Any cost of parts would be separate / I’ll pay for directly BBQ is located in Surry Hills (on my balcony) Please share your price, experience, and whether you can help with a gas bottle swap if needed.

Air con cooling issues. Not cooling as well as it should

I need an AE+2 ceiling fan installed in my bedroom which includes mounting the hanger bracket to ceiling, connecting mains power to terminal block, inserting fan motor into hanger bracket, installing receiver into hanger bracket, connecting the receiver, attaching the fan motor housing, and assembling and attaching the fan blades.

Towel got caught in door. Seal/spring/ wire came undone and now can’t reattach.

Rat has chewed through the fridge cord and stopped the fridge from working.

My washing machine is trying to start and water is getting in but I think there may be an issue with the pipes as it won’t actually start the cycle. Last week it was saying water inlet issue but then it resolved and I ended up doing multiple cycles with no issue but it’s now doing this again today and I can’t get it started. I would like someone who has experience with front loaders to come and investigate and try and resolve. Hoping it’s just a pipe blockage that needs unblocking and it will be fine.

My washing machine is displaying the ‘close the stopcock’ fault and ‘check the drainage system fault’. We have tried the whole turn the water off, tilt the washing machine forward, manually draining and restarting, check that the pump is still working etc, but nothing.
