Hi! I’m looking for someone experienced with minor home repairs and laundry appliance maintenance to help with a few issues in my apartment. Jobs needed: Kitchen sink sealant The sealant/silicone around the kitchen sink has mould underneath it. I’d like the old sealant removed properly, the area cleaned/treated for mould, and fresh waterproof kitchen/bathroom silicone applied neatly. Baseboard/skirting board repair There is a small chip/damage in the baseboard from where a picture fell. I’d like this patched/repaired and touched up so it looks clean again. There are also additional chips in other places if there's time Dryer repair + deep clean The dryer door is not staying properly shut and keeps coming undone during a drying cycle. I need this assessed and fixed if possible. I’d also like the dryer deep cleaned, including lint removal, as I suspect there is built-up lint inside/around the filter/vents. Washing machine deep clean + leak issue I’d like the washing machine deep cleaned because clothes sometimes come out smelling bad. There is also water leaking from the detergent drawer area during the rinse cycle, so I’d like someone to check and fix that issue if possible. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who has experience with appliance cleaning/maintenance as well as basic handyman repairs. Please let me know if you’ve handled similar washer/dryer issues before and whether you can bring the right tools/materials, including mould treatment and fresh silicone sealant for the sink.

Fix our Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer DD60SCW9. It had an E04 error which meant the heat element was not working. I ordered the replacement heating element and replaced it myself. The E04 no longer occurs but the cycle selection buttons inside the draw no longer work, although it's powered as the red light on current cycle is on. It's stuck on 11 min rinse and although the E04 error doesn't occur on the rince cycle the water is still not heated and I assume it would be. Worth fixing or replacement? Seems white is discontinued so would need to go the DD60SCX9 (stainless steel) option. retails at $1699, how much would you charge for install and dispose of old one?

Uninstall the old Machine and install the new one please

Purchase and install washing machine inlet hose - the current one has snapped off. Need this done today if possible! I will cover the cost of the inlet hose (extra).
