I'd like to change the laundry into a shower room with toilet and wash basin. Please find attached the floor plan for the house here, together with the photos of the laundry and the entertainment area where I'd like to have concertina doors put in with glass panels above to enable this room to be either a living space or a bedroom/guest room. A weatherproof cupboard will also need to be built at the side of the house to house to house the washing machine and dryer because they will no longer fit anywhere inside the house. Additionally I would like to have the motor for the air con moved around to the side of the house (photo of motor and side of house also included).
