Task Description: Looking for an REC / Licensed A-Grade Electrician to install, fit off, and certify a new appliance circuit in North Melbourne. The appliance is a Beko freestanding oven with an induction cooktop (Model:BFC60IPAN). I have worked for a licenced electrician, so I am handling some of the cable routing prep. Masonry is cored and conduits and junction boxes roughed in. I have 6mm TPS installed for the 11m run. I have Clipsal 45 Isolation Switch, but electrician to supply 32A RCBO. Notes on 6mm TPS cable run installed. It runs from above switch board position (enough left to drop to switch board), through ceiling (clipped to timbers), down through 25mm conduit on back of masonry wall to access at isolation switch and oven position from back side. 30mm cored hole at isolation switch position, with junction box (receiving cable from ceiling) on back side and mount block installed for isolation switch fitoff. Cable run from isolation switch back out through that cored hole, in conduit on back wall and through another 30mm cored hole through masonry to position for wall mounted terminal block for oven. Note: You must hold a current Victorian A-Grade electrical license and be able to issue a COES. Flexible on days/times for next week.

I am abolishing the gas connection at my property and need to disconnect the existing freestanding gas oven and stove cook top prior. The gas abolishment is booked for Thurs 27/8, would be ideal to do it tonight Tues 25/6 or Wed 26/6

Smeg oven door doesn’t close properly (leaves a gap at the top). And the oven time/ timer is also showing a fault and flashing A. This is preventing the oven from going on, unless I trick it with setting a stop time. If you can fix these problems, I think that’s worth $200!

Oven not staying on when on low setting

Need licensed sparky to disconnect cable from electric oven (already removed from cabinet), then terminate this cable as a new GPO inside the cabinet, alongside other GPO. All very easily accessible inside the cabinetry. Cable is on its own 20A circuit. Need done today as new oven delivery is tomorrow.
