Looking for a licensed gas plumber/gasfitter to inspect and repair our gas cooktop. The burners are igniting normally while the control knob is pushed in, however the flame goes out as soon as the knob is released. This appears to be happening across multiple burners. Looking for someone to diagnose the issue and repair it if possible during the visit. Please include your call-out/labour cost and any likely additional costs for parts.

The knobs on my Technika gas stove get stuck and occasionally don't turn. Needs to be repaired and all 4 knobs need to be replaced. I do not have replacement knobs so, happy to pay additional cost replacement knobs. Stove top has not been serviced or repaired since I moved into this property in 2019. *6/7/26 - Update: 4 knobs now do not turn at all. Even removing the plastic knob cover, the metal rod (?) underneath also doesn't turn when using a wrench. It appears to be an issue with the cook top itself. I have broken one of the plastic knobs trying to turn it, so ideally want to replace all 4 now.
