Deducted gas heater had already been disconnected. You need to 1. Remove it. 2. Patch up the hole on the brick wall. 3. Fill up the concrete floor. Bricks with slightly different colour are OK. However the brick, cement and concrete work must be professional. Ignore my initial budget as I had no idea.

When the water dispenser on the fridge is used water is leaking. It appears to be where the hose goes into the fridge from the under side. The Ice dispenser does not have any leaks, only when using the chilled water. Fridge model info supplied in photo
