LG dishwasher leaking from underneath during the wash cycle. Visible droplets seen near the right-hand side white corrugated hose connection. Plastic retaining clip may be damaged or not securing the hose properly. Please inspect hose, connector, and seals, and advise if replacement of the clip, hose, or connector is required.

The knobs on my Technika gas stove get stuck and occasionally don't turn. Needs to be repaired and all 4 knobs need to be replaced. I do not have replacement knobs so, happy to pay additional cost replacement knobs. Stove top has not been serviced or repaired since I moved into this property in 2019. *6/7/26 - Update: 4 knobs now do not turn at all. Even removing the plastic knob cover, the metal rod (?) underneath also doesn't turn when using a wrench. It appears to be an issue with the cook top itself. I have broken one of the plastic knobs trying to turn it, so ideally want to replace all 4 now.

Dishwasher needs installation including some plumbing. Space has easy access to do the plumbing work.

Disconnect the gas in the morning. Re-connect the gas in the afternoon.

Looking for someone to come urgently to fix my dishwasher. Its giving error as “Water outlet fault”. The water is getting clogged in the base. Dishwasher is of ASKO brand and is new.
