I want to make provision for having a Dishwasher in addition to a Washing Machine in the laundry area. Means proper exit for water, etc. The washing machine can come on the top of the Dishwasher. Keen to see if a Dryer can also come in the laundry area. Lot of space is there. If you’re a licensed plumber can you also remove this faulty gas hot water? I’m just putting a rough price. Feel free to inspect and then quote.

(f) Please mention if you can dispose of the Gas Cooktop as well. I'm yet to buy the Electric Cooktop. If you can recommend any particular brand, please provide the brand name as well. Refrigerator stopped working

Hey! Ever since moving from one place to another my washing machine is not handling high spin cycles and goes absolutely unstable during those moments. I believe it’s either loose tension rods or throughout the moves the mounting bolts got loose. Would love someone to come check and fix if it’s an easy fix:)

Need a very strong riser type cupboard built for my washing machine & dryer to sit on, so they are at an easier height to work with. Would like these separate units to be on wheels or sliders to come out easily - if need to. Plus slide out drawer on the top of riser for basket to sit on. I don’t mind if you work out measurements from my place & build these at your own home. Need done in the next few days. See pictures for a better idea of the job. The space is clear & clean. Builders grade slide out range hood needs replacing with new upgraded/ powerful hood. It might need some cabinet adjustments. I will be buying the hood
