Certificate of inspection for my gas.

We have a gas pipe running through a stump we want to remove that goes to an old pool heater that hasn't been used since we moved in. We need to know if the pipe can just be removed or if it still has gas going through it.

Disconnect and cap. Easy job. Max 1 hour. Max. Must be done monday before movers cone at 12pm

We noticed very faint gas smell near the stove. Seems like there could be some leak.

There used to be an old gas heater in the living room area. The heater was removed but the gas pipeline coming from the exterior of the house was left in place. I would like to remove this piece of pipeline and have it plugged. Please see the piece of pipe on the external wall. Would like to cut it flush to brick wall, remove part of the buried portion and plug it. Also seal with Silicone the portion of the pipe that will be left at the brick wall. A plumber certificate is also required being a gas installation.

I’ve inherited some fairly poor sub floor gas plumbing and ventilation in a house I’ve recently purchased. I need the gas piping to be re-routed so it’s neat and tidy and properly fixed to the wall and the joists. There are also some old pipes that need removing. Also the ventilation ducts are held up with wire and totally in the wrong place and need neatening up and properly fixed.

I currently have 2 LPG bottles installed along the side of the house, and I need them moved about 6–8 metres further down the same side passage (near the back fence) to make space for a solar battery installation. The job involves: Relocating the cylinders Moving the regulator Adjusting/extended copper pipework if needed Pressure testing and issuing a gas compliance certificate

Install a newly purchased Weber Q 3200N Natural Gas bbq. The house was built with fitting ready to install. You must be a registered, qualified plumber/installer
