Edit: there is sub-floor access from outside. May meet spiders along the way. Gas bayonet is in the middle of the hallway on the floor and is not required. Cap off so that floor boards can be put down properly. Note: there is still gas connected to the property and used for stove and a bayonet in a different room. Those connections will remain.

Just need a quick check of gas connections, leaks, and overall safety/compliance, and a compliance sign-off if all is okay. A cement sheet has been installed behind the tiled wall for heat protection due to slightly reduced clearance (around 125mm).
