Hi, our front-load washing machine needs a check and possible repair. During a wash cycle today we noticed a strong burnt rubber smell, so we’ve stopped using it. The machine is approximately 2 years old and has never been serviced. We’d like someone experienced with washing machine repairs to inspect, diagnose, and fix if possible (belt, seal, obstruction, etc.). Looking to have this sorted ASAP. Removal existing range hood along with cabinets and installation of a new range hood and installation of new one (free standing) before Christmas

It doesn't do a proper cycle and drain the water out.

Install new gas cooktop in kitchen bench. Old unit will already be removed. Insert hole is the correct size for new unit. Installer will be required to extend existing copper pipe, as new unit connects the gas from rear left. The old unit connected from rear right.

Looking to have our 2 fire alarms inspected and tested in our house, make sure they are all ok.
