I have a wall around our stairs that I would like extended and returned back into ceiling, framed, sheeted, plastered ready for paint. Wall is 2800 long and will be raised another 1200 plus a small return of around 700 x 1200 I also have a water damaged section I need replaced, plastered prepped for painting. I would also like a door frame and door installed at the top of the stairs. Water damaged wall will be stripped ready, door is provided. Happy to provide materials if required.

Hardware: Install a new entrance lockset/deadbolt (or re-use existing if it is still functional, please advise). Weatherproofing: Paint/seal all 6 sides of the door with exterior paint to prevent future water damage, and install a bottom weather seal/drip strip. Disposal: Remove and dispose of the old rotted door.

The door is jammed. The marked area in the photo needs to be sanded back by approximately 1 cm from the top and side. To do this properly, this side of the door will need to be removed first. Need it to be done today

I require installation of a replacement front door. I have the door here, which will need approx. 5mm trimmed from each edge. The door stop strip will need to be widened 5mm, I have the mouldings for that but these will need to be narrowed approx. 10mm to suit. I require an electronic door handle to be installed also. Disposal of old door would be beneficial but not essential.

Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

Door opens inwards to bedroom, which blocks a secondary door inside the room. (poorly designed) Would like door rehung so it opens outwards from the room into the hallway, instead of inwards. Hinges and door handle on the door itself can remain in place as is, as they will be correctly orientated when rehung. Reuse existing door and door hardware. Patch, repair and paint door frame where hinges and strike hole are no longer used on the inside of the room. (Paint colour Lexicon quarter)
