The frame is bent and the door no longer operates correctly. We’re open to: • Repairing the existing frame and door if feasible • Full replacement with a similar tilt-up door • Alternative door options if more cost-effective Photos of the interior of the tilted door have been added. The front is temporarily covered with plasterboard to conceal the damage, as seen in a couple of the images — this will be removed in the coming days to fully expose the door. Hi, I’m looking for a handyman/tradie to help with a couple of jobs at my house in North Adelaide. Potential for ongoing work as we’re planning further upgrades. 1. Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)
