Damage to Garage door from minor accident

My ATA Securalift automatic garage door has suddenly stopped operating. The motor runs normally for approximately 5–10 seconds when activated, but the chain remains completely stationary. The chain is tight, and the garage door can still be opened and closed manually. I have already tried resetting the power without success. Suspect a drive gear, sprocket or coupling issue, but require proper diagnosis.

I have a number of door handles that need repair or replacement. There are three indoors and one outdoor. I’ll post some pics soon, but not sure if this is a job for a locksmith or carpenter or handyman. Also not sure if I need to buy new internal door fittings, or parts or if they can be repaired. Please accept if you think you can do all this. Photos are of the outdoor door handle and one indoor door handle. The other two indoor handles are the same. I could get these from Bunnings. Replace current hinges x 4 on bathroom mirrored doors. Current hinges are Hettich brand installed approx. 2008.

i have a few internal doors that need replacing

My current door is hollow core, with gaps around the edges. Lots of sound comes through. I would like to replace it with white painted solid core door, install new lock (I have bought one - aqara u400 battery operated smart lock - not hard wire power), install seals. Door will be solidcore door (unpainted) from bunnings - not bought yet. Door dimensions are roughly 202cm x 81cm x 3.5cm If you also know which kinds of seals to apply for maximum sound protection, that is ideal. - Door Not-Bought: Hume 2040 x 820 x 35mm External Door Duracote Flush STPC. Unpainted. Will need to be white. - Seals? unknown - Door lock, already bought. Aqara u400

We have a 25m running track that needs patching up
