Hi there We need help to fix this wooden outdoor bench seat. The seat collapsed this morning as timber support structure has rotted with age. Timber palings have dropped down, creating an opening. A flyscreen of a window came loose. Just need to fasten it. Bolts are still there. Pls see pics. (Sticky tape is the temporary solution.. pls take the tape off after fastening). Great if you can provide an invoice.

Hey everyone, We have a very very old garage door that has come off its rails on one side. I also think one of the counterbalance springs has also come off (still available and in ok condition to be re-attached). The door can still open, but to keep it open it needs to be propped up with a ladder or something. Looking for someone to get it back onto its track /rail and pop the spring back on. Pictures show the side that has come off the track. Given the age of the door, we know it needs to be replaced but we don’t have the option of doing that right now.
