Small sliding door doesn’t slide properly. It’s very stiff and gets stuck. Want it to be fixed and slide smoothly. It’s a top hung sliding door.

My apartment building has very large windows and doors that I can’t get the purchased dog door inserts to fit. Even with extensions, the track widths are too wide. I’m looking for someone to build a dog door inserts for my door that will fit my frame and lock in place to allow them in and out at their leisure when I’m not home. Dogs- sausage dogs Door insert height : 2160mm approx I’ve posted plenty of photos with the track and lock etc. Please don’t post on the job unless you’re confident you can make something that will properly work OR you can alter a purchased one to work as I’m open to this as an option - ie - La Luna / Patiolink etc

Back screen door requires a dog door put in it. It is currently just a basic mesh fly screen however it is very large at 2730mm H x 1420mm W I would like to keep the existing frame and rewire it to have a strong mesh / screen bottom to include a dog door in the bottom left corner (as pictured) and a locking mechanism put on. Happy if the door needs to be taken away and altered to be fit accordingly. I have not purchased a dog door to fit - please include this in your price. I have two dachshunds so a small - medium door is ideal. Please note - I cannot put a dog door into the double glazed windows so this is not an option, they are too big and incredibly expensive. This is the only door I can put it in due to it being protected from the weather as my other doors are not.

It is a manual garage door with the rod and lock mechanism. The part of the lock mechanism that attaches to the rods has bent and detached from the rods which need to be fixed.

Our garage door has insulation installed but it is not covered. Looking to try my luck and see if there is an option to cover this up without effecting the door. I’ve seen that panels can be used etc
