Six elevated windows have electric actuators which have problems closing. I have makers instructions on how to close using inbuilt clutch. Widow actuators are 4m above floor level and there are 6 of them. Need to remove access plate, release clutch and manually close windows

My window won't close. It seems the rubber has come out and preventing it from closing, but I can't get the window out of the window sill for some reason. I think the rubber seal just needs to be put back in.

I’m interested in putting a cat door through a bathroom wall out to the backyard. Once installed, I’d aim to connect the exit up to a cat enclosure (not yet built). The hole would need to go through a tiled bathroom wall, brick, and render. I *think* the spot I’ve chosen would avoid plumbing, downpipes etc. but need an expert to confirm.

I've recently had my carpet replaced but now the three doors don't fit properly and can't be opened/closed properly. I need the doors trimmed. The carpet court installer said the going rate was about $20 per door so that's what I've quoted for. There are two normal sized bedroom doors and one smaller cupboard door.

We are wanting to install new door handles, but unfortunately all the existing holes in the doors (from 40 years ago) are small and irregular shapes. We aren’t sure how to cut the current holes to size and don’t want to make a mistake! Job is to size up the door holes, cut to size and install the door handles. There are 7 doors.
