Hi I am wanting 5x pictures hung on a wall the largest 1.2m approx and weighs 5kg. The other 4 are standard. I require 1 door hinge replaced and a small wall hole repaired approx 5cm by 5cm. I require this work completed prior to Saturday. There is on site parking and you will need to provide a small step ladder.

Need to install 5x Magnetic door stoppers, two into tiles, the others into wood. Tried to do some myself, but threaded the screws, and one that I installed is slightly off so the magnetic doesn't line up. I bought I kit to remove the threaded screws but it didn't work. There's about 4 threaded screws.

Hi, I need someone to adjust and realign an internal sliding pocket door. The door has dropped slightly and is rubbing/misaligned, so it doesn't slide properly. It likely needs the rollers or hangers adjusted and tightened to raise the door back into the correct position.

Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

Door opens inwards to bedroom, which blocks a secondary door inside the room. (poorly designed) Would like door rehung so it opens outwards from the room into the hallway, instead of inwards. Hinges and door handle on the door itself can remain in place as is, as they will be correctly orientated when rehung. Reuse existing door and door hardware. Patch, repair and paint door frame where hinges and strike hole are no longer used on the inside of the room. (Paint colour Lexicon quarter)
