We have a solid brick home, and the exterior wall has been rendered and painted. We have then installed a new larger window. The edging of the brick/plaster/render needs tidying up where it was cut out. I assume that it needs filling, rendering and then painting. We will supply the render mix and the paint to match wall colour. I’ve got grey tube of builders concrete. Tools and any other filler materials required to be provided or advised in quote info. Hi, I’m looking for a handyman/tradie to help with a couple of jobs at my house in North Adelaide. Potential for ongoing work as we’re planning further upgrades. 1. Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

Door opens inwards to bedroom, which blocks a secondary door inside the room. (poorly designed) Would like door rehung so it opens outwards from the room into the hallway, instead of inwards. Hinges and door handle on the door itself can remain in place as is, as they will be correctly orientated when rehung. Reuse existing door and door hardware. Patch, repair and paint door frame where hinges and strike hole are no longer used on the inside of the room. (Paint colour Lexicon quarter)
