Task involves collecting new door from Bunnings (it will be already paid for), it will likely need to be shaved down a few mm, remove old door, install new one, and fit new hardware. Also fit door seal. If you are able to to take away the old door (and the old screen door too) then we can add that fee in as well.

My wife and I would like either some tinting or reflective privacy screening put up on our front door and the small/tall window next to it. Hi, I’m looking for a handyman/tradie to help with a couple of jobs at my house in North Adelaide. Potential for ongoing work as we’re planning further upgrades. 1. Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

Door opens inwards to bedroom, which blocks a secondary door inside the room. (poorly designed) Would like door rehung so it opens outwards from the room into the hallway, instead of inwards. Hinges and door handle on the door itself can remain in place as is, as they will be correctly orientated when rehung. Reuse existing door and door hardware. Patch, repair and paint door frame where hinges and strike hole are no longer used on the inside of the room. (Paint colour Lexicon quarter)
