Crack in bedroom door , need filling and paint

We need one of these installed on our front door.

My double bi-fold door seems to have come off one of the fixings at the very top. I am concerned if I close it or use it, it might completely fall off. I’ve tried to photograph the top fixing

Need help with a quick job to tighten the bathroom door handle. I have removed the cover here but the screws seem to be concealed. Unsure how to tighten it from here

4 x internal bedroom doors hung, 4 x door handles fitted and locks on 2 doors. Solid core maple doors, approx 16kg. All door hardware supplied, including Hinges (3per door), handles and locks. Door openings are somewhat uneven, as it is an old house so doors will need some adjustments ensure a snug fit. Please ensure you’re experienced with working with older houses, thank you. Existing doors (pictured) will be removed prior to job. Budget allocated is for listing purposes only, please make an offer.

Fly screen door became loose after getting hit by a soccer ball. It needs to be put back in the frame.

Replace broken door, new door already purchased but needs to be cut to size and door handle put on before hanging. Door to be painted once hanging so can be done in one day. Will need to bring own tools and may need door hinges if old ones can’t be reused.

Bifolds not opening and closing as smoothly as it used to. Noticed issues started when the weather got hot? Perhaps something has expanded? They still slide to open and close however an effort to do so. Catches somehwere in the middle. Also the door is not shutting completely shut after it’s opened. Would prefer someone with experience with these doors. There are 6 panels. The doors are quite high so you will need a ladder.

I need to repair a wooden door on a built-in wardrobe in my unit in Wayville. The hinges on the door are loose because the screws have come out and no longer grip the wood. The holes likely need to be patched/refilled, and new screws inserted so the hinges can be secured properly.

Door is sticking, presumably due to seasonal movement in the frame. I’d like the door planed or sanded back where it is sticking to ensure easy closing/opening

Installation of 2 indoor drying racks in laundry

Need a handy person to fix my pocket (cavity) door. I have taken off the top wood strip so the screws are exposed and I can see it has come down. Will need to be tightened again. I do not have the tools required. If you lift the door, then it rolls perfectly.
