I need someone to come and fix the latches and rubber seals on some old wooden windows to make sure they close properly and have no drafts coming through. It involves 3 wooden windows (one of them full length leading onto a balcony). It might involve new latches and definitely new seals in places. One of them has a vent missing so that lets in cold air.

Change the direction my bedroom door opens by taking it off it's hinges and reattaching it to the other side. I have a basic tool kit but you might need to bring your own tools.

I need to replace 3x existing bathroom door handles. I have the replacement parts. I dont believe the screw holes line up so they will need re-drilling. Also I installed a window latch myself and it needs to move backward just slightly, maybe 2-3mm

I need to nail hooks to the wooden door, eight hooks in total, four nails needed for each hook

The lock on the sash window is lose and therefore cannot lock the window securely. The lock may require replacing or repairing. I have a video that better shows the actual issue, but unfortunately I am unable to upload onto the app, but I can send it to you separately.

We had some men help us remove our house things from our old location into our new one. However, in the process had also left our front door with scratches, marks and dents. It has been difficult communicating with the service and now just want to hurry up and fix our door.

This door has come off the washing machine cabinet - ignore the broken hinges. I have new ones. As can be seen in the picture the bottom hole in the wood is much larger than the hinge so it needs wood filler or something to make that hole smaller so it grips and the door doesn’t fall off.

The bottom door seal of our front external door has fallen off. Just need to bring a drill and add about 3 or 4 screws in - to hold it in place. This should take about 30 minutes max. Flexible with date and time. You need to bring your own drill and screws please. Would like someone with experience with this type of thing if possible.
