New Bed needs to be installed and built then a door hinge back on the door frame

I need a skilled carpenter to repair a damaged timber door frame and hang a new solid oak fire door. The door is heavy (42kg), so I am looking for someone with the appropriate tools and experience. Scope of Work: 1. Remove and dispose of old door 2. Structural Frame Repair: The current timber jamb is badly splintered at the strike points as a result of a locksmith needing to use force to break in (see photos). Needs a professional repair so the frame is structurally sound again. 3. Door Hanging: Hang a new Victorian 4-Panel Oak FD30 Fire Door (2032mm x 813mm x 44mm). Trim as needed - the floor is uneven and will need some trimming particularly on the height of the door either side. The door has 20mm solid oak lippings to accommodate this. 4. Hardware Installation: - Install 3x Grade 13 hinges - Consolidate Locks: Remove three existing locks from the old setup. Re-install only ONE insurance-approved ERA BS3621 5-Lever Sashlock and its matching strike plate (pictured) into the repaired frame. - Install new lever handles (57mm centers). 5. Finishing: Ensure the 44mm door sits flush in the 46mm frame rebate. Patch/fill the old lock holes in the frame so it is ready for sanding/painting. Materials Provided: - Solid Oak Fire Door (42kg) - 2032mm x 813mm x 44mm - 3x Grade 13 Ball Bearing Hinges - Heritage Brass Lever Handles. - Existing ERA BS3621 Sashlock & Strike Plate (pictured) Tasker Requirements: - Must provide own professional tools - Must provide timber, professional wood glue etc for the frame repair. - Experience with heavy solid-core doors Photos: Please see attached for the current frame damage and the hardware being reused.

1. Wardrobe door has come off its hinges - it is big and heavy and I think it may need stronger fixings 2. I would like a rack in the shower for gel and shampoo etc and would like this fixed in which would involve drilling into tiles 3. There maybe other minor things Thank you!

The hinges are stuck in the wall so please could you remove those put new hinges in the wall and put the door back on?

I have a set of cupboard doors which need to be put up, the carpet was put on and the doors would not fit on anymore. So I think the bottoms of the doors will need shaving down and attached back on.

A toilet door has swollen and no longer closes, so needs planing and rehanging. And we have a heavy mirror which needs hanging over a fireplace. This will involve removing a couple of screws from the wall, filling the holes then putting two more screws into the wall to hang the mirror.
