We have 2 sets of doors in our commercial warehouse, which don't shut properly. First set of door: There is a gap between the door and the frame, therefore the door is overwrapped. Second set of door: The bottom silver rail needs to be replaced.

The wardrobe sliding door is not functioning, it is missing parts like the track and some of the wheels

We are looking for someone to tell us what we should be purchasing as well as then replacing the items for us once they have been bought. The door handles do not stay straight and one of the locks needs replacing too. We have the cupboard door. The tap is missing a screw in its centre. The toilet seat hinge has snapped.

We need the plywood screwing back onto the door, and a lock box fitted onto the wall. Also a CCTV sign screwed on too. The screws are included.

Need someone to trim / sand a front door that is touching the door frame upon closing (see attached pictures). The amount is slight (maybe 2-3mm) towards the bottom & middle of the door. The frame should not need to be unmounted from the frame (I have only included pictures of hinges to show that they are in good order). Tools: No tools are provided. I need someone to come and fix the latches and rubber seals on some old wooden windows to make sure they close properly and have no drafts coming through. It involves 3 wooden windows (one of them full length leading onto a balcony). It might involve new latches and definitely new seals in places. One of them has a vent missing so that lets in cold air.

Change the direction my bedroom door opens by taking it off it's hinges and reattaching it to the other side. I have a basic tool kit but you might need to bring your own tools.
