We have a mirror on the inside of our wardrobe door that was hung too low. The person who hung it used both screws and silicone, so you will need some cheese wire or something similar to cut through the silicone before removing the screws.

Bathroom door is damaged, need a whole new door. If you could please source the door itself and replace all fixtures and fittings from the original. H:194cm W:75cm D:34cm

I have an old wooden door with four panels. I want the top two taken out and replaced to let light into hallway

I need a lock fitting on my bedroom door - something similar to the lock shown in one of the photos. Also the cabinet housing my boiler is too tight, so engineers aren’t able to take the front of the boiler off, so I need this adjusting.

The top hinge has come away from the cupboard door and I’m looking for someone to replace and repair. It may be easier to just do both hinges again. The hinge has come away from the cupboard and made a bigger hole so it may need filling.

Carry out repair of concrete on external window sill. Task involves repairing broken concrete ledge, re waterproofing and painting to restore function and appearance.

Repaint exterior front door both sides and replace existing letterbox. Paint in agreed colour and materials needed. New letterbox is provided.

We need to fit a cat flap into our back door. Picture below.

We’re looking for someone to repair outdoor window sills (bay windows), which currently have a number of large cracks. This has been caused by excessive moisture, and cement we expect is needed to repair these cracks. We have cement to hand, but not a cement mixer. In your offer, please outline whether this includes costs of materials (e.g cement mixer) and what additional materials you think may be required for the job.
