Scope of work includes: - Fitting door handles and locks (I already have all the hardware in stock) - Some doors already have architraves finished, others need architraves fitted and made good - Ensuring a tidy, professional finish on all work Sorry to be this level of detail but i've been burnt a few times with tradeys so i need to make sure that you have: - Proven experience fitting internal doors, handles, locks, and working with architraves - Must bring own tools - Must be able to work cleanly and with care - Ideally available in the few days Please reply with your experience, availability, and a rough idea of how long the job might take based on similar past work. My shower door seems to have shifted and there's now a gap between the rubber of the door and the rubber on the side,which is letting water out onto the bathroom floor Photos of the gap (and the hinge on the other side in case that needs adjusting)

This glass pane above the door is being replaced this morning. The glass works man says it is old and so can no longer be puttied. Instead I need new beading to secure it in place and then painted white, touching it up / making it good. Not sure if it needs bespoke beading or off the shelf beading that can just be trimmed to size. Plus touching up outside any chipped white paint. Many thanks, Sophie

I need a skilled carpenter to come and fit a 2 lever pre rebated sashlock on my french doors (that are rebated). It will require drilling into oak doors (that are glazed). Door knobs are currently fitted, ideally we reuse these with the lock. Might require moving the door knobs though with the spindle in them and then filling the hole left by the old hole.

I need to aesthetically repair an outdoor window ledge and frame. Will need wire brushing to clean, minir mortar repair and painting on 2nd floor

Rain water seeping in through the bottom of the French doors. Cut a rain deflector to size using a saw, use waterproof adhesive and drill into place.

Fix crack in panel, fix two other small cracks. I would like the crack in the panel to be fixed with glue, string and caulk. Level letter box and fill gap at top of letter box.

I need someone to come help measure the shower screen order a door for shower if possible to find only the door

I need my bathroom door replaced. The door jam is smaller than a standard jam so I will need someone to cut the door to fit, and then hang this , plus potentially install the handle.

Our old shower door smashed and we have a new one that needs to be installed. Not entirely sure what details I need to share to get this done but please let me know and I will do my best to help. Am flexible with times as always work from home.

Need a Ring doorbell wireless installed on my front door

I have a standard Victorian front door, but a vertical crack has appeared (age/weather) in one of the wooden panels. Seen clearly on the photo of the inside, bottom right panel. Need to remove door furniture, fill crack inside and out, sand and repaint. Replace door furniture.

We are replacing x2 small cupboard doors and new handles need to be drll into the new doors as well as fitting the doors. We have everything (using the existing hinges) but you would probably need to bring your own drill. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 27 January 2024
