My shower door seems to have shifted and there's now a gap between the rubber of the door and the rubber on the side,which is letting water out onto the bathroom floor Photos of the gap (and the hinge on the other side in case that needs adjusting)

This glass pane above the door is being replaced this morning. The glass works man says it is old and so can no longer be puttied. Instead I need new beading to secure it in place and then painted white, touching it up / making it good. Not sure if it needs bespoke beading or off the shelf beading that can just be trimmed to size. Plus touching up outside any chipped white paint. Many thanks, Sophie

I need a skilled carpenter to come and fit a 2 lever pre rebated sashlock on my french doors (that are rebated). It will require drilling into oak doors (that are glazed). Door knobs are currently fitted, ideally we reuse these with the lock. Might require moving the door knobs though with the spindle in them and then filling the hole left by the old hole.
