I have tried to replace my bathroom door handle..however when it's screwed in I cannot open the door from the outside, it only opens when the screws are loosened

We need the main door handle on our bifold doors replacing. It is getting stuck and not opening - feels like there might be something wrong with the mechanism. In addition to this the two lever handles have snapped - we’ve stopped using them as a result but would like these replaced. This part should be a straightforward screw job.

One roller blind fitting to the ceiling in the kitchen, We have sliding doors for our bedroom wardrobe to fit. We have a quartz worktop, but just one upstand is a wrong size, needs to be cut from one side.

Our wooden bathroom door does not closed because the wood has warped slightly. We need someone to trim it and rehang it so we can close it with plenty of margin. We have already tried sanding down and using a waterproof varnish but this has not been effective enough.

Hello there, I have to fix some tiles that are loose when walking on. Is affecting just few tiles where the grout in between is kind of missing and I believe the water splash from the bathroom is what made it worse. Also there is the under sink door hinge needs fixing better, I tried screwing it back in myself but the wood is wet and not holding on anymore. Ideally you are close to the turnpike lane area N8 in North London as I will use you for any other future handyman jobs, no matter how big or small.

We live in a Victorian house with 3 converted flats (ours is the top flat). There is an intercom buzzer on the outside of the building in order to ring up to the flats.
