I have a small Keylite window in my bathroom It is probably around 5-10 years old and seems like in good condition. However, it has become a bit stiff and isn't shutting properly. I assume it just needs to be serviced or needs a part changed. Can you help me fix it? You should be a skilled person!

I'm posting a small job here. One of the windows is not closing properly. I'm fairly sure that a small part of the opening mechanism—possibly a screw—has come loose and fallen off. As a result, the window now hangs slightly downward when opened and cannot be closed properly. I've attached a picture of the opposite window, which is a mirror image of the damaged one. The missing part has come off the upper section of the closing mechanism. It is possible that the upper hinge needs to be replaced.

If you have the right part to fix it, it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes.
