I am needing a washing machine disconnected and removed from a wall ledge in my basement. Will need 2 people to remove but happy to help. Basement is about 8 steps down and ledge is about 80cm - 1m high. Needs disconnecting from water

Access inside or back of the washing machine (newly bought and installed) to see what is causing the drainage issue: when we start a load the washing machine stops & shuts off about 10-20 minutes after the load begins, leaving the washing machine stuck in a cycle with the water built up inside. Zanussi washing machine won’t turn on (model zwt71201 WA). Yes have checked plugs, mains, drained it etc. Reset doesn’t work except some momentary backlight of the screen but nothing much more.
