Fitting of new Beko washing machine - old hose appears to be leaking so new hose (which was included with new washing machine) would need to be connected to the isolation valve (see photo of old hose attached to isolation valve). Waste pipe is currently routed behind kitchen units so new one would need to be connected to the old waste pipe which connects with sink waste.

Bosch Classixx 7 VarioPerfect Yesterday the power went down, while the laundry was on (quick cycle). Now the door is jammed and there is no way to restart the laundry or open the door. I tried any combination of buttons, switching on and off etc.

During a washing machine cycle, water leaks onto the kitchen floor. At the same time, foul-smelling water backs up into the kitchen sink and the sink water level rises. Separately, water also collects inside the dishwasher over time, and when the dishwasher is running, water comes up into the kitchen sink. Need someone to inspect, diagnose and fix the issue. Hi, I need someone to help with a drainage problem. My washing machine isn’t draining properly and when it does drain, the dirty water backs up into the kitchen sink. There’s also stagnant water left sitting in the washing machine drum and it smells bad. I think the shared waste pipe between the sink and washing machine is blocked or draining very slowly. I need someone to inspect it, clear the blockage, and make sure the washing machine drains properly again. Ideally looking for someone affordable as it should be a quick job.

Current connector to washing machine has a slow leak (as evidenced by the limescale on pipe on the picture). The valve needs replacement, the pipe needs clearing of limescale, and the dishwasher needs reconnecting.

I need my washing machine removed, and the new one installed

E10 error code. I’ve got this working again so many times checking for kinks, water pressure and the inlet but eventually the same code appears each time we try to dry the clothes and also when washing. Machine is a Zanussi Lindo 1000

Non-draining washing machine, error messages e03 and e20 (Baumatic, BWDI1485D). Could be a lot of build up (years). Took front cap off. Filter core is jammed. Washing machine is housed in an under sink unit. Could need handling underneath machine to detach drain pump.
