Water doesn't drain on Samsung Ecobubble washing machine, it comes up with a 5C error. I cleaned the filter and drained manually, unplugged from mains, flushed drain hose with vinegar and baking soda but the error still comes up.

Looking for a plumber to install a proper cold water feed valve for a washing machine. There is an existing cold water pipe in place, but it does not currently have a standard threaded outlet suitable for a washing machine hose. Hi, I need someone to help with a drainage problem. My washing machine isn’t draining properly and when it does drain, the dirty water backs up into the kitchen sink. There’s also stagnant water left sitting in the washing machine drum and it smells bad. I think the shared waste pipe between the sink and washing machine is blocked or draining very slowly. I need someone to inspect it, clear the blockage, and make sure the washing machine drains properly again. Ideally looking for someone affordable as it should be a quick job.

Current connector to washing machine has a slow leak (as evidenced by the limescale on pipe on the picture). The valve needs replacement, the pipe needs clearing of limescale, and the dishwasher needs reconnecting.
